Mathmodelling of single-neuron processing and visual cortex processing. The domain of neuronal spiking activity in space of control parameters has been built. The model of color and orientation processing in V1 has been developed . 2. Biological closed-loop system has been developed for optogenetic experiment. 3. The mechanism of the antiepileptic effect of thd low-frequency electrical stimulation in the model of epileptiform activity in vitro has been studied. 4. The effect of the low-frequency optogenetic stimulation in the model of epileptiform activity had been studied.
