The domain of neuronal spiking activity in space of control parameters has been built. The model of color and orientation processing in V1 has been developed . 2. Biological closed-loop system has been developed for optogenetic experiment. 3. The mechanism of the antiepileptic effect of thd low-frequency electrical stimulation in the model of epileptiform activity in vitro has been studied. 4. The effect of the low-frequency optogenetic stimulation in the model of epileptiform activity had been studied.
