There are possession of methods of analysis of movement behavior, cognitive and olfactory functions in ontogenesis, as well as surgical operations to implant injection cannulas into the brain. The scientific work is devoted to the study of the central mechanisms of cognitive functions in animals with normal and pathological embryogenesis, special attention is paid to the study of the participation of amyloid peptide metabolism enzymes in learning and memory processes. It has been established that the impact of a pathogenic factor during the period when when the processes of neuroblasts generation and migration predominate in the brain affects both the physiological development and formation of motor behavior of animals, as well as the realization of cognitive functions, while the period when the processes of maturation and differentiation predominate in the brain affects only realization of cognitive functions. It was shown that the observed cognitive impairment can be corrected by administration of certain pharmacological substances into the organism at different stages of ontogenesis.
