Insect sensory physiology is a rapidly developing field of biology. The functioning of the sensory organs adjusts to external and internal factors, such as circadian rhythms, light, temperature, humidity, reproductive status, age, etc. We study the plasticity of sensory systems using electrophysiological and behavioral methods.
