Research interests: state of water-salt homeostasis and renal function in children in postnatal ontogenesis. The role of autacoids and vasopressin in the regulation of sodium reabsorption in the kidney in children with nocturnal enuresis is shown, an effective treatment regimen based on normalizing the balance of nonapeptides and prostaglandins is proposed. The mechanism of water and salt disturbance in acute pneumonia in children and the role in this process inadequately increased secretion of antidiuretic hormone has been established. Approaches have been developed for assessing kidney function in children under the natural water-salt regime and using new variants of loading tests and clearance formulas. The features of renal function in cystic fibrosis and a number of verified forms of immunodeficiency were studied.
